As promised I wanted to share all three of the channelings from my book Celestial Voices – so here’s the last one:
Archangel Haniel
I AM the Archangel Haniel. Relax and open your sensory body to my presence. I bring you reminders of your deep capacity to sense and feel the environment and the web of life that surrounds you. We must practice together for so many of you have forgotten the fine art of opening, receiving, and enjoying the sensory delights that are ever present for you here in the Garden. Open and receive. Attune to the magical, mystical and material realms. Let us begin.
Take a moment dear ones and breathe with me, opening the heart, opening the lungs and opening the nostrils to receive. Breathe in. Breathe in through the nostrils. Sense, if you can, the slightest of vibrations, as the life force, the breath moves into your body at the edge of your nostrils. Take a moment. Concentrate. Breathe in, breathe out.
Feel the breath as it enters the body, expanding the body, enlivening and illuminating the body, nourishing and nurturing the body as the body opens and relaxes into receiving and releasing. Release, let go, surrender to this breath, to this moment, to this sensation. Now rest. Rest in the sensation and mastery of your own capacity to draw in the life force and to release and relax into being.
As you relax and surrender further and further into being allow yourself to notice. Notice sensation. Notice the scents, the sounds, the vibrations, the visual stimulus within your environment, within your present moment, within your sacred space. Notice and if you can, focus, focus on one stimulus. Focus your attention on one thing within your present moment that has attracted you. Perhaps a sound, perhaps a scent, perhaps a texture, perhaps a sight.
Now, in this moment, allow yourself to fully explore, to completely investigate, to the exclusion of all else, everything there is to discern about this stimulus. As you proceed with your investigation, see, if you can, whether you are able to also hold an awareness of yourself as the observer. How has this stimulus affected you? Are you able to maintain your concentration upon the stimulus while simultaneously attending to the awareness of your own response to the stimulus and your capacity to concentrate. Therein lies mastery Dear Ones, mastery of this plane of Duality.
For at the deepest levels of Truth and through this practice of dual observation the Oneness of all Creation emerges. As you master Duality, the Unity is revealed. Be present for yourself and be patient for this truly is a practice, and an ancient one at that, that has been lost to you for quite some time. Give yourself time and practice to re-ignite the atrophied muscles of observation. Open and receive. Relax and release.
Practice and play with your re-discovered capacities. Allow yourself to be guided into the stillness that will re-inforce and re-inform you. Inhale the life force and relax into Being. Open your Heart, open your sensory and extrasensory fields and be informed by your whole environment. Allow all aspects of nature, both the seen and the unseen, permission to enter into your awareness. For this is the home and place of guidance for you on your sacred journey. Stop a moment and rest. Take a breath and get your bearings. Directions to your next phase of the journey are awaiting you.
Merely invite your own presence to slow down, stop and observe. Know that your full apparatus for navigating this journey is fully functional and awaits your use. Call upon me and my brothers and sisters in the Celestial Realms to assist with fine tuning. We are ever present and always at your service.
Open to receive our love and guidance. Invite us in to play and practice with you. Know that our love is ever present around you for you are truly one of our own, embodied angels. Materialized and formed from the elemental particles of Mother Earth and glued together by the life force energy of the Great Spirit. Universal, Intelligent, Creative and Alive in the truest and best sense of the word – the meeting place where matter and spirit merge, the crucibles of miracles, the channels of the highest vibrations.
Be at peace and remember who you are as we journey joyfully into and through the evolutionary spiral of Lovelight, laughing and singing all the way. We are the champions of the World. I AM the Archangel Haniel and I Love you.

Recently on Facebook a colleague asked the question:
Do you think most healers struggle to also maintain a successful business?
There have been a number of provocative responses to the question and this has stirred up a lot within me as well.
You may or may not know that I spent most of the earlier years of my working life in the real estate business – I was pretty Type A, heady and masculine in my orientation to life and work – always on the go, always active and always working – 12-15 hour days were more the norm than the exception.
Then I broke open and experienced my own spiritual awakening which led to two full years of non-doing – meditating, making art, creating jewelry, sitting on the floor playing with angel cards, channeling, talking to Source/Spirit/God and healing, one day at a time.
From there the journey took me into bringing my new found gifts back out into the world again and I opened a healing arts center and visionary art gallery where I spent two years really coming into my own as a spiritual healer, teacher and leader in the community and going deeply into debt and losing money hand over fist with a business that wasn’t working financially.
The quest for balance in my life has been ongoing for the last decade. How to allow the self to “Be” and at the same time to actively engage in the world of doing? Once the gallery was closed I had to find a new way – I stepped out into the world actively bringing my healing gifts to other places and spaces – teaching about auras, chakras, power animals, intuition, crystals and more. I played crystal singing bowl healing concerts at a number of events, cut an award winning cd Divine Union A Crystal Singing Bowl Healing Journey and wrote and self published a channeled book (Celestial Voices – An Invitation to Ascension from the Arch Angels – available in ebook form now since the cat peed on all my remaining hard copies last year). Financially things were still not working – I was making just enough to keep on going (water in the desert years) and was continuing to receive the guidance that I was on the right path but that didn’t help when I looked at the outstanding balances on my credit cards and the dwindling savings that was left from my previous career.
Pretty soon it b
ecame clear I needed to make another change – AHA!!! The INTERNET!! That’s where I’ll be able to really get my message out into the world – perhaps I’m meant to be a MESSENGER – and I discovered and became one of the founding consultants who midwifed the birthing of a little movement called “The Messenger Network” I spent a whole year engaged in the network doing free teleclasses, attempting to sell ECourse platforms, and co-creating and heavily marketing the Messenger Mini Book program along with a variety of other programs that were dreamt up to help messengers get their message out into the world. I was the first (there’s that Type A thing again!) in line with publishing my mini-book – Magical Questions – A Spiral Journey to Spiritual Awakening – but 1 book wasn’t enough for me I actually wrote 3 – Angel ABC’s followed Magical Questions and I still have Stone Medicine sitting on my computer unreleased.
By Spring 2009 the promise of making money with the Messenger Network was still unfulfilled although I had learned a great deal about how to create and give away a ton of content and I had built somewhat of a list – a list of people who were trained to get stuff for free and who rarely if ever actually purchased anything. By this time I was also divorcing for the second time and really feeling close to the end of my rope financially. One day an email arrived from Suzanne Falter Barns – an internet based coach who I had taken a course from back in 2003 – she was promoting a friend of her’s Lisa Sasevich who was co-teaching with Kevin Nations a teleclass leading into a live event called MONETIZE YOUR MISSION.
Can you say YEP!!! That’s what I need to do now – like right now – sooner rather than later.
This led me into the world of delivering my gifts in a much more leveraged way – serving groups of people simultaneously – delivering the energy transmissions along with practical teaching and guidance and to the development with my Divine Business Partner of the CORE PATH – Energy Foundations For Divine Wealth Intensive. I do believe I’ve finally found the “Sweet Spot” where my gifts and the exchange that I receive for them is fair and true. Where I am in balance and focused and concentrated on serving in the highest way possible and where I am positioned to help others make a strong and powerful bridge between the practical and the spiritual. This is the place where all of my life exp
erience is coming together (along with that of my Divine Business Partner) and where we are able to help others who are healers (or messengers or teachers or coaches or trainers or artists or performers or some combination of all of these – multidimensional beings!) to stop the struggle and to come into right relationship with their business. To be in a beautiful balance between the being and the doing. To be of service to THEIR people in the highest and most joyful way possible.
What I know to be true from this vantage point on the journey is that the continuous calling from Source to INVEST in myself and in my business – again and again – and the continuous calling to TRUST that the exact right MENTOR and experience that I needed to have would be presented to me exactly on time – again and again – and the willingness on my part to take INSPIRED ACTION is what allowed me to come into balance in the end. Who knows where the road will lead from here – I do! It will lead to continued growth, evolution, learning, serving, enjoyment, beauty, truth, goodness, blessings, abundant wealth and leaving a legacy for those who are to come!
There are a lot of healers out there who are struggling to maintain a successful business – and there are also a lot of business people out there who are struggling to heal. Perhaps the time has come for the bridge to be built between the two – for the exchange to be fair going in both directions. Perhaps you are one who is ready to make the crossing? My Medicine Drum - Butterfly Medicine for TRANSFORMATION!
Today was a 5 day for me!!! Nice – even – steady. I enjoyed my day – really! It snowed again so we had another no school morning – which means I got to SLEEP – I love to have the right amount of sleep for me – sleep is so important – for beauty and for good health.
Sometimes I think our world is set up in a crazy way that encourages too much doing and not nearly enough resting – when I rest and especially when I DREAM – things – information – insights – healing – COME to me! This morning I had a big Medicine Dream that I shared with my Divine Business Partner – in it there was a bunch of crystals including prehnite (which is a pale green stone I’ve used before to assist in helping with a broken heart) and there was a man in the dream with the words HEAL on his hand – at the end of it a bunch of power animals came in and the last I remember was a Hare – and a Lion which made me think of Mane and King. When I asked my Spirit for guidance on this I “got” that I needed to have the Mane focus be on the King.
When I awoke I asked for further insight and guidance and “got” that I needed to spend our morning meditation time with my Divine Business Partner – focusing on HIM (if our Divine Business were a Kingdom – he’d be the King and I the Queen) so we did a really powerful piece of inner work that involved an Extraction (I’ll talk more about this later!) and then I invited him to ask his own Queen (his life partner) to do some ‘Hands On’ medicine with him today!
All this juicy delicious info and healing came through SPECIFICALLY because I stayed in bed this morning – because I didn’t have to get up and drive my son to school – because I was able to stay with my own sleep rhythms rather than on a societally based rhythm that expects us to be up at a certain time, performing at a certain time and resting at a certain time.
I teach my clients all the time about honoring their OWN natural rhythms and cycles. This Evening Energy Evaluation is one way that we are discovering natural rhythms and cycles together – how is YOUR evaluation going?
I so love Sunday’s the energy of this day is so sweet – relaxed – open – flowing. I had an awesome yoga practice this morning after sleeping in and enjoying a leisurely awakening. Are you awakening? There are so many people now who are experiencing awakening that I am just filled with joy at the possibilities for co-creating a dreamy world that we have right here in front of us and for recognizing that the world that we live on is actually a place of infinite beauty.
We had a snow storm last week and the whole landscape here now is covered up with a blanket of sparkling white – beauty every where you look – the sun twinkling on the reflective surface. It’s a special time of year here in the northeast – a time when we are invited to slow ourselves down and really align with the natural rhythm of our Mother planet. We are invited to interrupt our “normal” flow of activities to go outside – to connect with nature – to admire the beauty and the pristine nature of a clean slate – it’s a lovely time to start the year off fresh.
I’ve been painting lately – with my hands – not using brushes at all – everything on the canvas lands there through my fingers. I did my first painting this way late in the summer of last year and was inspired to get another canvas a few weeks ago. I finished the painting this week in between phone calls to various colleagues and working on other areas of my business. Even though I do enjoy the beauty of all this winter white – I admit that I also have a deep desire to be somewhere for at least part of the winter months where I can experience sunshine and palm trees! That’s what emerged out of my hands over the last few weeks – please enjoy the finished product below:
I do love my creative life. So important to make the space for it – to open up the windows of time that allow you to be serene, relaxed, flowing and connected without a whole lot of structure. It’s amazing what insights and creations can emerge when we let go of having to have things come about in a certain way.
May you enjoy the energy of this day – Sunday’s – in fact EVERY Day – can be filled with sacredness and wonder.

Wow I was STUNNED yesterday morning!!! Had an awesome surprise in my email inbox $$$ from ITALY!! Archangel Sandelphon has found a new home and is enroute at this very moment to ROMA!! Whee!! I’m SO excited….
So this actually happened to be one of my own personal favorite paintings – Archangel Sandelphon is the angel of sound and music and has graced my healing room since I moved in to my present house. This particular painting has certainly been INFUSED with sound and healing energies!!
One of the things that is so TOTALLY cool about the internet is that I have the excitement of sharing my love, art, works, words, music, and teachings with people from all over this beautiful planet! My most recent clients have come from Denmark, South Africa and the other day I worked with not one but two! people from Australia. Truly amazing!
I still have a number of original Archangels, Ascended Masters, Ascended Mothers and Faerie Vibrational Power Paintings for sale – each has been embedded with crystals and infused with Reiki & Shamballa energies and has been toned by the crystal singing bowls and all but for Azrael have received a breath of intent from me that they bring forth healing in to the world (Azrael = being the Angel of Death didn’t receive the breath because death is when we no longer have the breath so it seemed fitting). There's a PERFECT Place 4 U!
Hello beautiful PEOPLE! It’s been a while since my last Vibe Report – I’ve been on a bit of a blogging break as the energies of the present moment have been supporting a LOT of realigning with what is for the highest good.
Right now we are in the middle of a Full Moon, Mercury Retrograde, 999 Gateway sweep! It’s been a powerful few weeks leading up to this transition point and as we fully enter into Retrograde tomorrow (the 7th of September) as I’m writing this the invitation is to get up and RIDE the wave!
There is a powerful force for cleansing that is revving up and we are being urged to Co-create with this force. In times past it may have seemed that we were “at the mercy” of the energies – and in some ways we were – because we were being asked to let go of things, people, situations, patterns, beliefs, systems, and thoughtforms that the more dense aspects of ourselves were REALLY attached to. Now we are facing the completion gateway – the 9 9 9.
999 is the number of completion – should you choose – you can use this time – these energies to be done – for good – for ever – with all that no longer serves you and you can CONSCIOUSLY choose to step in and co-create this release with Spirit as your guide. What this means is that you are no longer allowed to be in the “victim” mode (i.e. “The energies caused this”). Now you are being given the opportunity like never before in your experience of time, to step forward and CLAIM YOUR TRUE POWER as a CREATOR. You get to call upon and begin the process of embodiment of the highest and brightest aspects of who you are.
If you have been carrying around a lot of “stuff” energetically – you must realize that this is a process – this is the gateway that you will step through – right here and right now to begin your personal ascension process – bringing the fullness of who you are right in to your physical body. This is also a time for realizing that what we have called or considered “miracles” in the past were only a faint glimmer of our true potential as the seeds of light that we really are.
There are many awakened and awakening ones who are at differing stages in their personal processes. Some are what you would call “trailblazers” those of us who have gone ahead and created pathways of light from our own experiences that will allow others to pass through this moment with greater ease and grace. Some are the “follow alongers ” – those who can see the possibilities and are willing to walk the paths that have been forged – there are so many of these beings now – they are looking to the “trailblazers” for leadership and continued guidance and personal embodiment of the luminous way and they are the representatives of the shifting of the mass consciousness. Finally there are the “please hold my handers or even better do it for mes” – and there are many of these beings as well – and it is for these that we must hold the highest level of faith in their own ability to step into their empowerment. We can provide what we have to share – our messages, our services, our products, our programs, our experiences but we can NOT walk the path for them. The whole point is for all to step in to their personal empowerment and their birthrights as creators. Patience, compassion, and a very good sense of boundaries as well as humor is called for when approached by the “please hold my hander/do it for mes”.
As all the puzzle pieces are now being revealed and the bigger picture of peace, harmony, abundance, clarity, creativity, honor, unity and oneness continues evolve we now are called to “find our fit”. When we cleanse and let go we can be left feeling adrift sometimes but be assured that there is a perfect place for your piece of the puzzle to fit into this Great Unfolding. The place where ONLY your piece can fit and where it will only fit if you are willing to step forth into your GREATNESS and fully shine your light.
Many beings are available to provide loving service and support through various modalities of energy healing, teaching, and facilitation. Because we are in fact all one – when we gather together for work with each other – no matter who is in the ‘giver’ role and who is in the ‘receiver’ role – both are equally impacted and benefit from the experiences shared. We grow together.

We are in the midst of moving through an energetic window of three separate eclipses – there was a Lunar in early July, a solar just the other day on the 22nd and we are approaching a third in the early part of August. Ecliptic periods give us a huge boost in surfacing and releasing what needs to go in a much more easy and graceful way. The energies of gentle but very high vibrations are coming through right now and assisting us in coming to completion on this stage of cleansing. The energies have the quality of a water pic – massaging our light body and getting deep into the crevices but in a very watery and gentle way.
One of the areas where we are being called to examine and release is in the area of cultural attachment. In working with a number of clients in recent weeks we have come across cords that are attaching them energetically to the land of their birth – I’ve worked with clients from Romania, the Phillipines, India and Germany and each of them were energetically trapped and being drained by the attachments to not only the land itself but also to the heart of the culture. This work was really interesting because it allowed me to really crystallize my own understanding of how cultures can have their own energy body.
Any system, be it a country, a culture, a business, a family unit or an individual has it’s own energy, it’s own field, and it’s own unique “vibe”. The work for these clients was to detach these cords at the energetic level – freeing themselves to be present here, now, in this time, in this place, in this country and in this culture. Once these cords were dissolved the work of grounding was the immediate follow-up for every one of them. Grounding to the heart of Earth – regardless of location is what is being called for now.
This deep and profound connection to the heart of the Mother will allow anyone to feel “at home” anywhere and is not at all dependent upon the mores, norms, practices, beliefs, patterns of relating or conditioning of the culture of your birth. Regardless of where you were born, regardless of the cultural imprints that you may be carrying as a result of a particular ethnic background, you have the opportunity and can make the choice in the present moment to release it all, to let it all go and to look at this moment with fresh eyes, with an open heart and with a firm energetic grounding to your Earth Mother. Perhaps as more of us engage in this work we will not only free ourselves and our energy to be creative and powerful in this moment but we will also come to recognize the underlying “ground” of commonality between us – all of us on the planet – all beings of the One Source, all streaming light from the One Heart and all harmonized and at Peace with ourselves and all of our brothers and siSTARS.

She was selected in 2008 as a Renaissance Woman by NH Magazine for her work with the arts.
