Saving the World, sounds like fun, eh?
The world is desperately in need of help, are you up for the job? People have forgotten their divine nature and therefore have become deathly serious. This is one of the worst tragedies that has befallen our lovely little planet. It’s like someone sucked the life juice out of the majority of the population and now they’re walking around like zombies. I know that sounds terrible, and that’s because it is!
Well fortunately the sleep walking days are coming to an end. As the frequency on our world shifts, the buzzing of the alarm clock keeps getting louder and the snooze button doesn’t work the same way that it used to. Times really are changing, I think everyone knows that, but people are pushing against the current in an attempt to preserve the “comfortable” world that they’ve known for so long. And that’s a whole lot of struggle for a whole lot of nothing in return.
The collective economic manifestation is pushing people in the direction of true fulfillment, or “lucid living.” Current times are forcing people to look at what’s really meaningful in their lives. This push is also motivating people to step outside of the box of conventional wisdom and explore new ways of going about things that they never would have tried on auto-pilot mode.
I think that in any given situation there is something for the soul to gain. The more we open up to the flow of the energy, the more things will fall right into place when we need them.
One of the essential things that our society has lost touch with, is the playful nature of the inner child.
That part of us that wants to enjoy, explore and experience life as it happens in the moment. The inner child is the very thing that makes us alive, it’s the source of joy and our connection to source.
Suppressing the inner child is like strangling our spirit. Our higher self will do anything it can to get us to re-connect to our inner child, even if this means putting us through painful experiences. Why?
Because our higher self loves us too much to let us waste time hiding the full expression of ourself from the world!
We’ve all experienced that feeling of flow that comes when we get creative and playful with life. As “lightworkers” we really need to lighten people up a bit. I mean really, what’s the point of being here (on
Earth) if you’re not having fun? That’s the kind of healing that really spreads, it’s just too contagious not too! I mean who doesn’t want to be part of a fun playful interaction? It’s the easiest way to connect people to their higher self, without having to explain anything “spiritual” to them. People see you expressing your emotions in a joyful, healthy way and it gives them permission deep down to do the same.
My point, is that your inner child is one of the greatest contributions that you can make to this suffering world. Not many are bold enough to let theirs really shine and that’s because no one’s given them permission. So, maybe it’s time to put down the spiritual “work” and save the world by showing folks that it’s okay to be playful. Be a trail blazer, you know you’re capable, start today!

ESSAY: I’m Done With Results … How About You?
I have always been the sort of person who LOVES results. While I’m not like my friend Lisa who is a numbers person and adores tracking all kinds of statistics, I’m usually all about how this or that project turns out; I find real delight – or horror – in tracking those results.
There are always questions in my head – What am I getting? How am I doing? Is this project going just as it should? What’s wrong, or right, here?
I think of it as a direct feed to my ego.
So imagine my surprise the other night when I was talking to a friend and I heard myself say, ‘You know what? I’m done with results.’
It just slipped out. I, Miss Encourage-the-World-to-Go-For-Your-Dreams, hereby denounces an attachment to results. Does this mean I no longer believe in having goals? No – of course I do! But this is about something different; the results, and more specifically the meaning we attach to them.
And therein lies the rightness of this … for in that instant I blurted that to my friend, I realized it’s not ‘the results’ per se, but what I do with them that counts. In fact, the results don’t even matter that much in the larger scheme of things.
For instance, recently I started really getting into how many folks were visiting my blog every week. I worried if the numbers were lower than usual, and had surges of delight when the report swung high. And then I’d try to figure out what I did right or wrong that particular week … and consequently mull it over, tease it out, analyze and just generally fret.
In the light of my new non-attachment to results, I can see that it doesn’t ultimately matter how many people visit my blog. That number was just proving to be an ego stroke or an ego bash. What matters is actually how I’m interacting with the blog – and what REALLY matters is how effectively I’m sharing with my readers.
So now the focus has shifted to the journey, and how I choose to play it out.
When I’m excited about what I’m writing and put lots of energy into my blog posts, the numbers coincidentally go up. Conversely, when I’m lazy about it and lose touch for a week here or there, the numbers happen to go down.
All they do is reflect where my attention is – and ultimately, that doesn’t even much matter, does it? If there are lots of people, great; if not, great. All that truly matters is the moment-by-moment journey I’m on – and living as authentically and honestly in each of those moments as I can.
And THAT is right where my love for my readers, students, clients, and the world comes in.
Now that I’ve turned the big 5-0, I’m discovering that life is really truly not about me – it’s about you; the other folks in my sphere. And so my results only matter as reflections of how I share that love. Instead of looking to see how many people hit my blog so I can stroke my ego and feel powerful, I might ask instead, how truly and deeply am I sharing with others today? Am I reflecting what Spirit wants me to reflect today? And the only reason to know that is just to determine how I’m doing my job.
An extension of that would be to say the only other thing that matters is me, and how I live my journey as it reflects my love for myself. For instance, is my writing for this ezine teaching me what I need to know in order to keep spreading that love? Am I treating my body in a way that affords me maximum energy and wholeness in doing my work? Am I mixing work with relaxation in a balance that feeds me, and allows me to spread my wings further and greater in sharing my love?
Kind of a big love thing, now isn’t it?
And by the way, isn’t that just how all businesses should operate?

Last Monday I had the pleasure of gathering with the SisTARhood of Sound once again – we have been cooking up a sound project together since late last fall – and we’ve been enjoying sharing our gifts and energies with each other immensely!

The four of us (Bindy Johnson, Sarah Elizabeth Whitcomb, Pam Nowell & myself) have all been working on moving through our “stuff” – spiritual, emotional, mental, as well as physical. There was a lot of focus on our Mother “stuff” – issues with our own mothers as well as with our mothering of others. Powerful work! We each had an opportunity to get up on the table and to receive from the balance of the group. My gift was getting to go last and it was an infinite blessing to be allowed the luxury of extra integration time on the table.
In addition to our sound work together (we picked a name for our group! Vessels of Spirit!!) we also came together to share and exchange our medicines in a Holistic Swap! Here are some pics of the ladies sorting through the goodies and choosing their medicines.

One of the things that I realized recently is that it was time to let go of a lot of things that are no longer mine to steward – including an array of powerful crystals who have of course a life and mission all their own. Sometimes we get a little bit attached to their beauty and their powers to heal and transform. I understand from my deep work with the crystals that they have their own unique mission and purpose and that I am a steward for them while they are in my possession, however when their work with me and through me is complete and they are ready to move to their next level of work I must allow them to go with grace and acceptance.

The beauty of connecting with all of our relations and moving through the phases of initial meeting, discovery, communion and releasement is a powerful and true process that describes quite beautifully the larger arc of the evolutionary process that we are all engaged in whether it’s consciously or not. We can, if we choose, awaken to shining the light of awareness on where we are in our own personal journey and in doing so we are able to recognize and come to an easier acceptance of what is.
Are you being initiated into a new phase in your life/work/relationships? Are you awakening to or perhaps remembering your multidimensional abilities/psychic senses/capacity to commune at a much deeper level with all of life? Do you recall who you truly are? A limitless being in an infinite field of possibilities? What is calling to you now? What is solidifying? What is begging to be released? Can you let it go and move on to your next highest outpicturing of your sacred purpose here on this plane? Can you focus and concentrate the limitless light of your awareness upon your own personal path while holding the vision of the collective dream that is for the highest good of all concerned simultaneously?

Time keeps on Slipping Slipping Slipping into the Future….. (so says Steve Miller Band – remember that song??) Well maybe it’s time now to fly like an Eagle! We all still wrestle quite a bit with time and patience. Time is a gift to us that allows us the opportunity to unfold our dreams and desires in a graceful, natural, beautiful way. As magical co-creators with Spirit though we have the capacity to bend, shift, twist, expand, contract or move time any time we wish! Surely you’ve experienced a time when things moved SO SLOWLY – you may have felt “lost in time”. Other times things seem to be going so fast you feel as if you can barely keep up – yes?
Well time has started to get even more slippery than it was back in the 70’s when Steve and the band wrote and performed this prophetic song. Musicians and artists of all sorts are often best able to tap into the pulse of the Universe and see/feel/hear their way into the future – bringing back important information to plant in the collective so that when the time arrives the seeds will burst forth and flower bringing the gifts of change that were intended by the artist. Remember that you too are an artist – you are a creator and you too can move back and forth through time and step outside of time if you so desire.
We can sometimes get “caught” in the belief that there isn’t enough time and this is a very dangerous trap – sometimes we need to allow for a time delay. When you begin to manifest – to co-create with Spirit – time allows you the opportunity to “tweak” your manifestation/creation process so that things don’t show up in your space that were unintended. Being clear about what you want, about what you desire to manifest can take some time – can you give yourself the gift of taking the time to slow down, take a look at where you are, take a look at where you have been, take a look at where you are headed and more importantly to look both up (to Spirit) and in (to your heart) to see where your deepest calling or desire is leading you now? Can you appreciate the journey from here to what’s next?

Appreciating the time delay is all about bringing gratitude in to every moment – can you be grateful when you are in the middle of a big project (perhaps you are writing and you are totally “in the flow”!) and all of sudden the computer locks up, shuts down and you suddenly lose everything that you’ve just been working on? Can you appreciate that it’s maybe just not the right time for that information to be shared? Can you trust that whatever you need to know, share, experience, receive, give, create will emerge exactly on time? Do you believe that time is your friend or is it your enemy?
When you transcend time – when you move outside of time and beyond space – to your eternal self – to your Eagle nature – you can see that time is an illusion and a wonderous and magnificent tool that we use for our lessons, our experiences, and our gifts to the greater evolution of all of Creation. Appreciate the Time Delay – notice what’s happening in this moment – be grateful – allow yourself the gift of sweet time – notice how it slips and slides – identify what time line you are traveling on – skip over to another if you like! Move back and forth like the hummingbird – up, down, all around – be in time and be timeless. What time is it in your world? What is it time for you to be doing? Is it time for you to simply be? Make time – you know you can!

Today’s Honey Party is all about authenticity, answering the call of Spirit in the moment and expanding your awareness to the limitless nature of our Universe! I share today with Ian Hyman who is one of the most profoundly conscious people I have had the pleasure of connecting with in this realm. He is a young man who not only thinks, feels and believes at a higher vibration but he also actively co-creates and manifests his dreams with an immediacy that is quite beautiful to behold. Ian and I have only been connected for a few short months and I’ve watched him flower and grow enormously. He has chosen to follow his path with courage, grace and dignity and to speak his truth and create from a wonderfully clear and balanced heart centered space. As I reflected during the creation of this video – I have reached a place where it is beyond clear to me that I am being called to take another leap and to put my work out there in an even larger way than I’ve ever done before. I’m excited to be opened up to serve in an even higher way and to share the work with a wider array of people in all parts of the world. Creating outside the box and trusting with full faith that all that we need will be there for us when we make a jump is a big part of aligning with the energies of success. Success is most often found by pushing ourselves beyond our limited thinking. Stretching ourselves to our fullest capacity and beyond we find that the Universe responds to meet us and to support our evolving, growth and expansion.
We also talked here about overcoming or rather using the energy that is generated by fear to PROPEL us to a whole new level. We do have a choice. We can choose to be caught, trapped, victimized and sucked down by the fear matrix or we can choose to see each experience as an opportunity to let us see what we have in us. Opportunities like these come to us throughout our lives in every aspect of our life journey. We are called time and again to choose. Can we lift ourselves up and raise ourselves to the challenge of these times? Can we face our deepest fears and overcome them? Is our Dream – our Passion – our GIFT – OUR CALLING energizing our ability to move beyond the illusion that we have of ourselves and our world? This is what success is all about – it’s not about what you have in your bank account, or on your wrist or in your driveway – it’s about what you have in your heart. Your heart is far bigger than you can imagine – go in – take a look around – notice that love is limitless. Imagine what you can do when you limitlessly love yourself and the world around you! There’s something to be said about moving the furniture around! In the last few weeks I took advantage of some unpleasant weather days to re-arrange both my bedroom and my office. I realized that I had spent the last 2 years sleeping with my head in the WEST. In my medicine tradition the WEST direction is the direction of Jaguar and is also the area of the medicine wheel where we go to die to our old selves so that we can be reborn into our luminous nature. One of the hazards is that we can get “stuck” in this dying process and become trapped in the “dead” zone.
It wasn’t until I moved the bed that the realization hit me – and it explained a lot about patterns that continued to repeat in my relationships with others and with the world. I was ’stuck’ energetically in Fight or Flight mode too- for way too long in my life journey. Jaguar is good medicine – don’t get me wrong – but we are supposed to be on journey – always moving, always changing, in order to be aligned with the flow of the truth of the universe which is constantly in motion, constantly changing, evolving and growing.
I have experienced a huge shift in my energy and in my ability to be in a different space in my relationships since the move. It’s going to be interesting to see what begins to unfold as I settle in to my new position in the East. East is Eagle medicine in our tradition – the place of the larger vision and a higher perspective.
My office has also been changed around – my desk has moved so that I face the East as well and so I am now energetically aligned both in my personal and in my work life with that Eagle energy. One of the results of this shift in the office is that I have begun to connect with whole new realm of people, teachers, mentors, trainers, coaches and guides for me to take the next step that I am being called to take on my own personal journey.
In order for me to be most effective in my work – I too am constantly looking to evolve, grow, learn, shift, and leap to the next levels. In the shift I have been extremely fortunate to align with three wonderful women all of whom are offering me support, guidance and teachings to take my work up a notch and to make me a better provider of the gifts that I have to offer to you – whether my gifts are direct in the form of products and services, or indirect in the form of modeling for you what your next steps may be or connecting you with my teachers if you are ready to leap to a new level in your business yourself.

Are you Strapped In?
Well it’s been wild to be sure – the last several weeks of Mercury Retrograde have given us all a wonderful opportunity to tune in and turn ourselves inside out! Yesterday Mercury went direct and for me anyway the best way to describe the energy was like walking through a Cosmic Bumper Car Ride!
Energetically there is a lot of chaotic shifting, changing, and a multitude of opportunities arriving for great growth and creative action. The shifts are in some cases extreme – we are being asked to not only leave behind a great deal of old thoughts, behaviors, beliefs, patterns and ways of doing business – all quite suddenly but we are also simultaneously being CALLED FORTH.
What does this mean to be CALLED FORTH?? Your DIVINE Destiny is calling you now – the TIME is NOW like never before for you to drop all your false pretenses, to drop all the striving and straining and stressing, to let go of anything that might be less than the fullness of who you really are in all your infinite glory and to STAND in your TRUTH. Reaching down deep into the very HEART CORE of your being you are asked now to admit – not just quietly and secretly to yourself and maybe a selected few “trusted” friends, relatives and aquaintances – but to admit – to the whole world, freely and in complete integrity that you REMEMBER who you are!
REMEMBER that you are Divinity Embodied, remember that you have the full creative capacities of the One Source! Remember and admit that you have multi-dimensional capacities – seeing, hearing, knowing, and feeling energy – reading minds, communicating telepathically, synchronistically intersecting with those with whom you have made “Cosmic Dates”.
IT IS TIME, IT IS TIME, IT IS TIME – We are the ones that we have been waiting for! Drop the veils, break through the illusion of fear, lose your mind, find your heart! Know that you will experience through your physical, emotional and mental bodies an intense FALLING AWAY of every single thing, every bit of energy, every particle and proton, every quanta of light that does not support your truth. You will be asked to step forth and to claim your true heritage. You are asked to proclaim to all that will hear that you are indeed an ARCHANGELIC BEING who has EMBODIED in physical form to activate the Evolution and Ascension of Humanity.
For so many this time of instant awakening will also bring forth an almost instant requirement for reconciliation – for many there will be a CALLING FORTH for support, guidance, assistance, help with navigating these GREAT CHANGES. Many of you have navigated the awakening and ascending process ahead of the curve – know that you are preparing now for the great wave of awakening of all of humanity and that the time is imminent for you to begin providing all the support and assistance that you have been training for through your own process over these last several years. This will be a year of major waves of souls transitioning over to their next plane of reality – many will be called to be witness to and to prepare these beings for their Death Journey.
Detached compassion is the key to these times and an intense connection with your inner core power, your inner wisdom as well as extreme self care. You can not be of any assistance to any one if you are down for the count yourself. Take CARE of the BODY!! The BODY is your Vessel – it is your TEMPLE. It will give you INFINITELY CLEAR signals when it needs to rest, reset, recover, release or retreat from the wider world. Create time and space within your life to regularly care for yourself each and every day and remember to connect with and ground all excess energies into Mother Earth. The more you can cultivate a deep and profound connection to the Mother the easier your movements in the world will be. All is EXTREMELY well!! All is unfolding perfectly and magnificently according to plan. Remember that this is a process still – even though it is now greatly accelerated you are all still in a PROCESS – give yourselves time to PROCESS.
Give Yourself TIME!
Remember to call upon your “upstairs” team and also upon and team/support/guides on this level of reality who are here to provide you with services, sessions, validation and affirmation of your remembering process. Remember too to BREATHE – to bring the Breath into your body – to BREATHE IN THE LIGHT. And to BREATHE it out once more – with each and every breath bringing higher and higher quotients of light into your physical body and into this plane of reality. Thank the Mother Earth for her assistance with grounding and dispersing the energy that you are all being now asked to channel – SHARE with the Mother – there is absolutely no need to “hoard” the energy or to worry if you “take a break” that the energy won’t be there – oh don’t you worry about that or ANYTHING else!! Use your energy instead to care for yourself, to cement your connection to Earth and to dream the highest vision for yourself and your Sweet Mother that you have inside you to dream. Peace, harmony, beauty, truth, goodness, abundance, health, love and light!

This Honey Party I had a special friend come to visit me – Yo Mish (Michele Mahoney) is one of my fave people in the world to do “mental gymnastics” with – we love to bounce ideas, brainstorm, talk about energy, share our experiences and just laugh, laugh, laugh together – Mish is one of the funniest people I know – the way she tells a story – especially stories about herself – is HILARIOUS – she knows how to laugh at herself very well and helps everyone who listens to her to connect with their vulnerabilities too and to see them in a new light.
We have been chatting for a while about how she can use her many skills and connections in the corporate world to effect change and to champion global sustainability. One of the best ways that we can improve our chances for success is by making connections and by working with others to explore multiple perspectives and possibilities to advance our individual dreams as well as our collective desires.
Do you have some friends or colleagues in other fields that you have hesitated to share your ideas with because you just didn’t think that they might be interested? Sometimes when you put together multiple perspectives you create something that is so much more rich, varied, successful and sustainable than you could ever develop on your own.
One of the things that I have started to notice for myself and also have noticed is a “vibe” that is increasing in volume in the larger collective is the awakening of masses of people to their multidimensional (psychic) gifts. More and more people are starting to “come out of the closet” so to speak – to not only bring together their spiritual gifts and their work but to really unite all the varied aspects of their lives, becoming more transparent and more authentic in everything they do.
There are so many opportunities to share and combine energies, ideas, and skills now – yes for many these appear to be challenging times – however it is in the most challenging of times that we are called upon to access our Inspiration, to tap into all our Resources, to surrender the “old” ideas and ways of doing things, and to come together as a collective to generate and cultivate new ways, new ideas, new solutions and new combinations that have never been tried before!
Explore the many possibilities that the Universe has to offer you – share, brainstorm, explore, invite all your gifts to come forth and begin again in each moment to dream your new world into being! You are definitely a Success! Don’t forget to Celebrate!!
