Getting ready to leave town tomorrow morning for a week long journey to upstate NY for work with Don Francisco a Shaman from Peru. It should be an illuminating week and I’m looking forward to the time for inner work, reflection, rest and reconnection with members of my “medicine” family.
Our work – our deepest mission now - is our own internal healing. Even though I have traveled the healing path for quite a while now and have had some incredibly intense sessions I find there are still moments where I’m touched by Grace and more comes for releasing, healing, reconciliation and integration. Today I was gifted with the presence of Bindy Johnson - a LUMINOUS being if I ever saw one!!! We had a date to play our crystal singing bowls together and we traded healing work with each other.

I’m still vibrating from the power and the intensity of the work that we shared. The work for me today was about judgement and releasing judgement of self and others on every level, opening the doors for compassion, love and light to enter into my heart and allowing myself to receive. The work was truly transformative and started with a simple washcloth. (More on that later….)
Right now I’m feeling very blessed and grateful to have the gift of life in this moment and to be able to be of service. I wanted to post this short note to let you faithful readers know I’ll be back soon so look for my return early next week!!

The news this week has been less then stellar around the economic and financial status that has been created in our reality. So here we are at a choice point, once again we have the capacity to decide, to choose, to use our free will, to exercise our options. What will we choose?? Where will we focus our attention? How will we utilize our personal power and energy? Always we have the capacity. Remember to both claim & manage your power!
Do you wish to add your energy to the collective fear matrix? Do you wish to Feed the Ferocious Fear Factor? Worry, anxiety, stress, panic, all are feeders of the Fear Matrix. The Fear Matrix lives, breathes and EATS YOU UP when you choose to dwell in the energies described, when you choose to allow your thoughts and emotions to be “caught up”. Remember this FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real. So how to disengage, to detach from fear?
First remember your power. Remember that you are a creative being, that you are made in the likeness of the creative intelligence that manifested the entire visible and invisible universe. Step forward into personal responsibility to look at and see the real truth. The cycle of life has it’s ebbs and its flows. Always the universe is in the process of de-construction and re-creation. Where do you choose to stand? Can you release -easily and gracefully ALL that no longer serves you – even systems that you may have thought were “permanent and secure”? Can you find freedom and step into the unknown, the new, the unmanifest and apply your creative vision, your energy and your power in the process of making a new way? Can you believe in yourself, your own worthiness and the magnificence and benevolence of the Universal Intelligence that flows through you to know without a doubt that ALL IS WELL – even in the face of seeming catastrophe?
Finding Freedom in remembering that you have the choice! Finding Freedom in remembering that you are intelligence made manifest! Finding Freedom in the appreciation of the life, the breath that comes easily and swiftly into and out of your body in each and every moment. Life breathing you and you breathing life. Finding freedom in the power to choose the thoughts that you will feed with your energy! Finding freedom in moving through the enotions that rise and fall like waves upon the ocean – refusing to “get stuck” and “feed” those emotions that would disturb your equilibrium! Finding freedom by taking back your power and taking your health, your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health BACK INTO YOUR OWN HANDS AND HEART! Finding freedom in the sweet knowing that we are all connected and that we are always and forever supported and surrounded by loving beings of light, angelic beings, ascended masters who are with us in each moment, ready and waiting to assist us in moving into the next most beautiful stage of our evolution and growth!
Feed the Fear? or FIND THE FREEDOM!!
Declare YOUR INDEPENDANCE TODAY from the Fear Matrix and come into the Freedom of standing in your own power, creating your reality and visioning a future that has LEARNED from the mistakes of our ancestors rather than having to re-live their stories in order to get the lesson.
Breathe in the Light and know that you are eternal, everlasting, infinite and beautiful beyond measure and that you’ve GOT THE POWER!!

I AM the Archangel Raziel. I AM present with you today to discuss the meaning and value of the R E, Re – to go over again, and so let us begin. At the present moment the planetary body known to your plane as Mercury is in it’s retrograde phase. This time energetically is very useful to those upon your planet who are conscious and aware, for it is a time to Re–peat the lessons and the learning of the last cycle.
Each cycle of three month’s time has within it a wave. This wave starts slowly, builds, crests, and falls away. Three times during each of your Earth years the opportunity arises in the energetic field of your planet to re-experience the energies of the cycle just passed. Take this time to fully integrate and to fully digest the lessons and the learning and the growth. Just as when a child is poised to make a developmental leap or growth spurt and that child appears to regress. Know this is a time for building the energies to make a quantum leap forward in growth.
Re-lax and Re-member, Re-New your vows to your self. Re-arrange your priorities. Re-evaluate your goals and desires. Re-plenish your stores of energy. Rest. Re-create the intentions that were set for and by your highest self at the onset of the cycle and Re-play the circumstances in you mind and emotional body to ensure that you have thoroughly integrated the work that you have been engaging in. Re-institute boundaries. Re-alize blessings and Re-ady yourself at all levels for the next highest manifestation of your life’s purpose and journey.
I AM present to guide and work with you through these periods and will assist you and strengthen your ability to receive the guidance, lessons, and growth of the previous cycle in a detached, healthy and harmonious way. Shedding light on what is happening for you so that you can see clearly that these are mere echoes of patterns replaying themselves and dissipating into the void.
You are fully at choice during this period to Re-engage, should you wish to, in the patterns that played out in the last cycle or in leaping forward to new levels of experience. Neither choice is better than the other, and your highest self will always guide you and attract to you situations, relationships, and circumstances that will offer you the highest learning and growth possibilities.
Re-lax and know that all the hosts of heaven are fully supporting your evolution and growth at the pace that is best for you. Know that every experience is good and true and perfect for you and know too that your learning can only take place in Re-lationship. Re-lationship is the ground upon which all growth occurs, for only in examining who you are in Re-lationship to others are you able to articulate for yourself your choices about who you wish to be and how you wish to be perceived. How you wish to be perceived or your Re-putation in the world is entirely up to you.
Each action and choice is a building block creating this holographic projection of your sacred self upon this plane. Use this time wisely to Re-flect upon your choices, your actions, your behaviors, your thoughts, your words and your desires. Set your intentions clearly for that which you wish to experience in the next cycle and give thanks for the blessings and gifts of the past.
Be Re-minded that all Re-lationships influence each member. This includes your Re-lationship with your family, friends, pets, business associates, neighbors, organizations, communities, animals, trees, stones, insects, the waters, the fire, the air, the elementals, the Mother Earth, Father sun, the planetary bodies and the stars. Each level is interconnected and influences are felt throughout the fiber of creation with each and every choice you make.
Who do you wish to be today? I can help as can all of my brothers and sisters in the Celestial Realms. Just as we affirm you in your choices, you also affirm us in our choices for we too are in relationship with you and for this we are truly grateful. It is only through you that we are given life, form, a voice. Only through you that we can act to Re-store Heaven On Mother Earth. Rest now children and prepare for the next evolutionary pulse of pure light to quicken you further and foster your growth and transformation. I AM the Archangel Raziel and I Love You.

As has been predicted and forseen by many the collapse of old institutions, old paradigms and old ways of navigating the world is in progress. There are many who are feeding the energy of fear, panic, anxiety, and suffering. There are many who would do whatever they can to hold on to what was and is now passing.
Let GO I say to you. Let GO of the old, Let GO of the Fear, Let GO of the worry, Let GO of the tension, Let GO of the trauma, Let GO of the drama. The work for the beacons now is to BE WHO YOU ARE!!! BEACONS BE BEACONS!!
Breathing in Light, take a moment right now to BREATHE. Feel yourself filling with the Luminescent White Light that is here for you now. Fill your lungs, allow the light to travel to every cell, molecule, particle, and element of your physical being. Stand aside and be a witness as the light fills every crevice, every nook, every iota of your being. Just Breathing, breathing, breathing in the light. As more and more light enters your field, open your heart and begin the process of emanation.
You are here – if you are connecting with this message – to BE THE LIGHT. When we are BEING THE LIGHT – we are Illuminators of the Darkness. As the darkness is illuminated we often find that which has been hidden in the shadows and is now exposed for what it really is. Always this exposure gives us the opportunity to heal our selves and to integrate the learning that is being presented to us. The light quotient has been raised to a tremendously high frequency with the global awakening of the masses of messengers and beacons who have “turned on their light”.
Sufficient light has now been generated to expose the faulty foundations and the illusory belief systems that are de-constructing right before our eyes. Step firmly on the MOTHER EARTH and know the LARGER PLAN. Continue to emanate your LIGHT. Breathe Light, Breathe Light, Breathe LIGHT. You will be looked to as a guide, as a beacon, as a touchpoint for others who are struggling with their own fears, anxieties, worries and the collective energy of disruption that is swirling through the global matrix. Stand FIRM. Hold your Ground. SHINE.
Walk with me now into the FOREST OF FEAR - holding up the LIGHT, illuminating the darkness, BEING A WAY SHOWER, A NAVIGATIONAL GUIDE. As you step into the forest – notice FATHER SUN beaming through the tree tops and feel the warmth and love radiating through the branches and leaves, activating your crown. Notice how the SUN doesn’t CARE if there are creatures in the forest of fear who can not tolerate the living light and hide under rocks and rotted old logs. The SUN JUST KEEPS RIGHT ON SHINING!! SO SHINE on Brothers and Sisters in Light. Keep Breathing in Light. Stay DISENGAGED from the TRIANGLE OF TRAUMA, avoid playing the victim, the perpetrator or the rescuer. JUST BE THE LIGHT!!!
Continue to Breathe. Breathe, Breathe, Breathe. Be still and know that the LIGHT that you are is your greatest gift to this world and the next.

who came to visit on a whim from Spirit and ended up enjoying the entire sunny late summer afternoon with me yesterday is a beautiful and brainy babe who inspires me with her quick wit and lightening fast mind – she always has me buzzing and on my toes – all the neurons fire when she comes to visit. We could talk for hours about everything from sustainability and rainforest herbs to adventures with men and friends, to the dissolution of the financial systems on Wall Street, to the dreaming of a new world vision. We thoroughly enjoy each other and have such a beautiful time together feeding each other and feasting on life! Here she is a few years ago when we spent New Year’s eve together watching Garfield the Movie and toasting in the New Year with Carrot Juice – Isn’t she lovely?
So today I was Graced with the Warm, Gentle, Loving, Sweet Spirit of my friend and Web GODDESS Wendy Stevens from GardenPlum. We have spent the whole day on a ROCK BUYING ADVENTURE!!! I took her down to a place that I used to buy my crystals from wholesale when I had my store on the South Shore and where I also pick up components for making Spirit Essence Jewelry. We had a blast picking through the massive array of magical stones, crystals, and figurines that were out for us to peruse. She picked up some phenomenal crystal balls for resale through her site and we just had to go outside in the sun this afternoon upon our return to take a few photos -

So after we finished rock shopping we decided to have a quick bite to eat – there was a newly opened Japanese/Chinese restaurant right down the street from the wholesaler’s warehouse that was recommended to us so we stopped in for a quick bite. The buffet was delicious and filled with some very unusual choices including mussels in black bean sauce and pineapple shrimp. The buffet reminded me of the abundance that is in my life and to be grateful for the multitude of choices and opportunities that we have before us to select from. As I was leaving the line with my plate Wendy remarked that my meal looked like a piece of art – so I whipped out my new cheapo digital camera and snapped a few shots of my lunch 
which was quite delicious as well as being beautiful.
Take some time out of your busy life, walk away from the work, let go of the dishes, allow the phone calls to go to voice mail, ignore the text messages and spend a little quality time with friends. Friends fill the cup of life when it’s empty and are a special gift to us on our journey to bring us much comfort and joy.

Another GREAT meditation came through on a client call – I’m very grateful to this client for her permission to use this and the Heart Chakra meditation here on my blog. Chrysoprase Heart Chakra Cleanse & Triple Flame Meditation
Readings are a powerful opportunity for Spirit to come through and enact a healing – especially if the intent of the person receiving is to surrender into trusting that the Divine will perfectly guide and protect in each moment. With all the activity from the last 6 weeks or so it’s time to move into a stabilization place energetically. We have been surfacing, clearing, atoning and deconstructing very vigorously in every area of our being. This is a LOT of work and consumes a huge amount of personal power and energy, especially when we are also navigating the physical 3D everyday world of bills and mortgage payments and work and family committments. The storm surge is starting to subside and the majority of the clean up work is coming to completion so this is a perfect time to begin to integrate the work.
Right on time we are heading into a Mercury Retrograde period. The Mercury Retrograde lasts from September 24 to about October 16 (please note that I am not an astrologer – my information is from an energetic perspective – if you are interested in a good astrology reading I personally have enjoyed working with Andrea Klim of Turn To The Stars). This is a GREAT time to recover from the energetic thrashing we have all just navigated (for our highest good of course! – please note that it’s only a thrashing when we really get stuck in holding on to those old patterns, beliefs, thoughtforms and ways of being that no longer serve us – for some – those of us who are able to surrender easily - the thrashing was more like a gentle cleanse – for others – well if you are one who holds on by your fingernails to keeping things as they are and its time for change to sweep through then you might be feeling pretty beat up at the moment!).
Mercury Retrograde is a period that occurs about 3 times a year and its when the planet Mercury “appears” to be traveling backwards in our sky. Energetically during a retrograde period we have the opportunity to “re-live” the themes and lessons of the last 3 1/2 – 4 months since the last retrograde ended. This opportunity is presented to us so that we can really “squeeze the last bits of juice” out of the lessons and experiences, so we can choose to learn the lesson or re-visit it again in the next period of learning and growth that is before us. Don’t be surprised if you find that themes re-occur from experiences that you thought you completed. Just look at the whole dynamic once again and make sure that you have harvested everything.
This particular Retrograde is really strongly about harvesting energetically – we have been in the 5th night since last November and will be coming into the 6th day in the Mayan calendar starting this November so this retrograde is our last opportunity to really re-capitulate our lessons and to recharge and restore our energetic fields. The best possible thing to do during this time is to rest. Really truly deeply rest. Re-store – store again. Storing up energy and power to fuel you through the next great surge of learning and growth. This is about coming into balance. Rest is an integral part of balancing. Knowing when to act and when to be still is what makes Jaguar the Queen of the Jungle. Call upon Jaguar to assist you in knowing. More on the retrograde in a subsequent post…. For now just relax and allow the work that you have been engaged in to integrate.
