The Visionary Vibe Report – Reconciling The Paradoxes

Back with this week’s vibe from a week long break for both outer work and inner work.  The energy shifting is continuing apace and the call at the moment for all lightworkers is to come to a place of reconciliation.

Reconciling the paradoxes is a huge theme in all the client work that I’ve been doing for the last 10 days or so – the two sides to every coin, the two sides to every story, the duality, the black and white – coming together – each side bringing gifts, each side offering a view point and each side making the step over the chasm to bridge the gifts and points of view and come into a DIVINE UNION.  A lot of the energies of these paradoxes are traced back to childhood and from there into past life circumstances – a lot of karmic reconciliation, clearing and cleansing now unfolding at every level.

Examples of what I’m talking about:

Worked with a client today who had been terribly disempowered as a young girl of about 9 by an adult woman who was very highly placed socially and monetarily.   We journeyed back to a past life where my client was in the “highly placed” or Superior position and the woman from this life time was  her servant or Inferior.

The gifts from the inferior aspect were strength, kindness, service and from the superior aspect responsibility, leadership and power.  When these two aspects came together in the center her heart and solar plexus both opened wide and she was filled with light and the message from the unified whole was one of trust.

Another woman in one of my workshops worked with dominance and subservience – similar to the example above however it was more pronounced – the subservient aspect was a slave in a previous life – the dominant aspect was a pharoah – the slave aspect was playing out in this lifetime again and again but additional past life impressions were received that showed that the dominant aspect was also present – particularly in a lifetime as the captain of a pirate ship that rose to the surface.  Again the call was to reconcile and to glean the gifts from both sides of the equation and then bring them into union.
A third client had a masculine/feminine dichotomy going on and I myself worked through about half a dozen paradoxical and polarized aspects on the table last week with my own energy healing facilitator.   After a marathon session I came home on Thursday the 2nd and spent the rest of the day in bed resting and integrating – one paradox really challenged me for quite a long time throughout the afternoon – the robber and the robbed.  Finally I was able to discern the gifts after about 4 hours of rest and integration and to bring these two aspects to union within myself.

The full moon lunar eclipse of the 7th and the other eclipses that are going to follow in the coming weeks – a total solar on 7/22 and another lunar on 8/6 are giving us plenty of energy and opportunity to make major karmic reconciliations and energy shifts within our matrixes – deep ancestral cleansing, deep and wide karmic clearing, deep opportunities to raise up our vibrations to a much higher level of light in preparation for the 9/9/9 gateway.  This is a magnificent time to let yourself go and let yourself grow.  There is tremendous universal energetic support for coming into balance and right relationship through the heart.

I must comment too on the obvious shifts in energy in the last few weeks with the departure of major celebrities in particular Michael Jackson who clearly had a life of extreme paradoxes – an over the top – beyond the beyond successful musical and performing career that made him a living legend very early in his life path and a childhood that was mostly devoid of any of the “normal” childhood experiences – creating a wounded child complex that was played out larger than life on the world stage.  It is no surprise that as the energies of these times are calling forth the merging and reconciliation of our polarized aspects that those who are extremely polarized are mightily challenged and in some cases choosing to exit – because the new energies that are arriving are calling for unity – unity in the individual as well as in the collective and of course it all starts with U!

Ok – indulge me please – Just one more…… This is on the rose bush I brought up to Suzanne Falter Barns for a house gift when she invited me up to be the “Energy Shifter/Sacred Space Holder” for her Platform Leaders Group Retreat….. I bought it the afternoon I was leaving from Ponemah Farms in Amherst – on my way to dropping of the cat at the kennel…. I “heard” that I was supposed to get a yellow rose bush for her – this was the only one there.  Gotta LOVE the name….. Skies the Limit!

The Visionary Vibe Report – False Starts

At the beginning of June we experienced a HUGE burst of energy – not unlike what a runner experiences when the pistol goes off and they start a race – there was a lot of anticipation as we came out of a pretty tumultuous late winter and spring period of releasing followed by a powerful Mercury Retrograde – we were all READY by the time June rolled around for a major shift.   And indeed that is just what we got!

A huge light infusion came in with a powerful surge during the first 10 days or so of June – there was a powerful and positive feeling of “finally” we have broken through and we’re free to fly!  What we got though was an equal dose of continued DEEP cleansing.  As we receive these higher light quotients we have the opportunity to utilize the energies for our highest good.  When we are consciously aligned with the process of our own ascension then sometimes that highest good is an even deeper and more thorough cleansing and clearing.

This light infusion really gave us a powerful kick in the butt to go even deeper and further then we had previously – moving deep into our family root system – our personal as well as our human family.  Lots of ancestral, genetic and historic memories came up for clearing and release – for ourselves as individuals and for the collective.  Be VERY aware that as a conscious participant in the ascension process you are not only clearing your own “stuff” but you are also doing work on behalf of the collective – so if sometimes the inner work feels HUGE – be assured that it is!!

Earlier this year there was a definite feeling that June was going to be a breakthrough month and of course the energies were definitely there – and exactly on time to support that – however what we may have imagined the breakthrough would look/be like may be a little bit different!   In fact it may feel a bit like there was a false start – you know when they start a race and someone jumps off the starting block before it’s time?  There is this great burst of energy and the other runners often jump off their blocks too then everyone has to go back – set up and get ready to start again – sometimes a false start can really “psyche out” a runner causing them to lose focus on the race and on what they are there to do.

Many lightworkers had this experience this month – the huge burst of energy and then down with either physical clearing in the form of illness mostly focused in the upper respiratory area (remember all those tree/lung posts?)  or the sense that the energy just fizzled out like a big firework exploding followed by those little fizzles….. So what I’d like to remind you of is this is a journey – this is a process and that you are exactly where you need to be right now doing exactly what you are doing.

The solstice brought about a sense of balancing things out and grounding everything.   The message here is to keep focused – to stay focused on enduring without suffering (love that phrase – came from a client session!).  Realize that its not about this particular race – or that particular event or some other particular outcome that you had in your head that you wanted or expected to transpire.  Realize that it’s about the steady progress that we have all made and that we all continue to make in bringing greater and greater quotients of light to earth.  Realize that the work is to anchor, ground and embody that light and realize that in the process of bringing in more and more light we will continue to illuminate that which has been in darkness and is now ready to come to the surface for resolution and transmutation.

This is the time of the Great Turning – the Great Shift.  You came here very specifically for this work – you are an integral part in the process and you have done an outstanding job in making tremendous leaps in consciousness in a miniscule period of time.  Be easy with yourself.  Be gentle, kind and nurturing to yourself.  Be clear on your boundaries. Know when you have had enough and be sensible enought to take a time out.  You have worked and played incredibly hard at the game of Ascension – it’s ok to stop the world for a bit and enjoy a breather.  All the finest athletes know the importance of rest.

The Many Hats

Last month before she relocated up north to live in the beautiful lakes region with my brother,  my 83 year old mom asked me to go with her to her Women’s Club annual meeting and luncheon.  The leaders of the organization wanting to do something special to celebrate the annual meeting asked that everyone wear a hat – so we did!

When I got to the event I was astounded at the diversity, creativity, and beauty of the many hats – and felt palpably the metaphor being played out right in front of me of the many hats that we wear as women.  The various roles that we take on – mother, sister, daughter, wife, friend, partner, colleague, confidant, nurse, provider, washerwoman, housekeeper, business woman, speaker, author, artist, performer, designer, dancer, the list is endless – all the hats that we get to try on and to play with.

RE-member that these are all roles – and that we don’t have to get “trapped” in any one of them.  We are the actors, we are the owners and creators of the hats – we get to choose which one’s we want to wear now and which ones we can store in the closet for later.  We certainly do not ever have to put all the hats on at once (unless of course we are like the cap man in the book “Caps for Sale” remember reading that to your little ones’ or maybe hearing “Caps for Sale 50 Cents a Cap!” when you were little?)

I learned alot that day about myself, about being a woman, about my mom and about women interacting with and sharing with other women.  A lot of good medicine came for me from that day – many observations about patterns of behavior of my own that

I clearly “saw” during the course of the luncheon were passed on from my mother that I had not previously been consciously aware of.

It was interesting to observe that after being a member of this club for 46 years and this being her last time there (which she made known to the officers) that no one recognized that – however she also wanted to leave early so it’s impossible to determine whether there were plans for that which were thwarted by her early departure.  It also struck me how none of the other ladies chose to sit with her and I – it was starkly apparent to me that she really had no friends there at all and whether she was excluded or had excluded herself over the years wasn’t really clear.

In any event it was interesting to note and to put into my own medicine work – to look at the ways and the times in my own life where I have felt left out – on the edges, the wall flower, looking in on the fun but not really engaged in it etc.  The other thing that I have really been comprehending even more deeply especially since she has moved out of the area and the energy of her close presence has receded is just how deeply dysfunctional my mom is and has been all my life – I’ve known it for a while and done an enormous amount of healing around it, for which I’m incredibly grateful.

From my end I’ve forgiven all the “junk” that was there for me to let go of and I’ve harvested and given thanks for the gifts that were present for me from growing up in this particular family.  It can be a pretty painful process to admit to yourself that your biological family is toxic and that you need to create really strong and clear boundaries for yourself in order to have a healthy, productive and joyful life as well as finding good role (there’s that word role again!) models that reflect health, well being, prosperity and joy so you can learn what  just simply wasn’t in your world view or environment during your own process of  growing up.

Another observation that bubbled to the surface was the non-stop judgmental commentary from my mom about “these women” and how snobby they were which was really masking a feeling of  being either “not good enough” or “too much”.   I personally didn’t feel that way but I was definitely observing that my mom was waffling between the two feelings and I must admit I’ve felt them myself more than once in my life – that nasty habit of judging ourselves pretty harshly in relationship to others or the even nastier and sometimes more subtle habit of judging others about whom we know nothing at all!

I was also brought to the awareness in recent weeks that these feelings are challenges for other women too – I’m in this wonderful Mastermind group that meets weekly and during last week’s meeting there were two powerfully successful women who were spotlighted – both of them working with the same coin – just on opposite sides – one seemed to be struggling with the “not enough” energies – she has been trying for a long long time to get the “Magic Words” that will define her business and make her stand out – and her frustration with the wait for this to emerge from the Creative Matrix for her was really evident – she seemed on the verge of tears – really not happy with herself and her “inability” to just get this – and underlying  – the feeling I got was one of fear – that she better get this and get it soon – that fear of not having enough, of not being good enough, of not doing enough – in fear that she will be invisible, too small, that the right clients won’t be able to find her.

The other woman in the spotlight was on the “TOO MUCH!” side of the coin – for her the energies were playing out around keeping her “Edge” in the closet – for fear of being too overwhelming, edgy, sharp, or to the point and yet by her own words her clients really wanted this.  The interesting thing about her story was that “edge” was what had made her very successful in her previous career and now in her new career as a coach she’s been “trained” to let her clients find their own way and not tell them what to do – and yet they want that from her – and I’m guessing somewhere deep down those clients are very specifically attracted to her because they can sense that underneath the “softer, kinder, gentler” hat that she is projecting that there is this wonderful no holds barred, edgy, masterful, strong, kick butt and take names coach who can really push them to their next best level – yet here she is ‘afraid to let that out of the closet’ – in fear of being TOO MUCH, overwhelming, overpowering  (Back!! Back With you Into the Closet!! Don’t you dare be TOO MUCH) – in fear of driving people/clients away.

How often do we try to fit ourselves into what we believe is what “THEY”

want – whoever “THEY” may be – our ideal client, our kids, our spouse, our parents, our teachers?  How much energy are we expending trying to surpress parts of ourselves or to force something to come when it’s just not time yet (and may not even be necessary!) ?  How many experiences with coaches, teachers, parents, well meaning friends and relatives do we have to have where we listen to well meaning suggestions but end up going astray and losing our own compass that will always point us in the right direction?

Time to take a break!  Time to stop the world! Time to drop the roles!  Time to take off and maybe even throw out or burn up some of the Many Hats!  Time to accept ourselves in all our beauty! Gentle, Wise, Nurturing, Edgy, Ferocious, Strong!  Time to take all of our attributes and merge them  powerfully and masterfully, integrating all of our qualities in harmony and Divine Union!   Time to realize that when we trust ourselves  and let ourselves be open and aware in each moment that we’ll always know which hat to put on, which attribute to bring out, which piece of ourselves to share and with whom!  Time to be who WE REALLY ARE – Limitless, Light, Perfect, and Exactly where we need to be on our own profoundly unique journey.

By the way for any men who might be reading this – I believe you may benefit from these words as well – although (at least in this lifetime) I can’t speak for your perspective I would welcome your thoughts and observations around the subject as well!

The Visionary Vibe Report – Turned Inside Out By the Love Wash!

Inside Out In the Wash?

Well as always when we experience a huge influx of energy – as we had in the first week or so of June – we are given the opportunity to utilize this high vibration and enhanced quotient of light to really focus upon and bring to the surface whatever might be “up” for us in the form of healing in the moment.

The latest Love Wash was pretty intense indeed and as mentioned in my report from last week – had some pretty deep interconnections with the Family Tree.  Deep down there in those roots is where we find the origins of so many of our behavioral patterns, thoughtforms, beliefs, etc. some of which may have served us VERY well at the time that they were passed to us and some of which never served at all.

As much as possible I try to keep my personal journey clear and balanced.  I do quite a bit of medicine work – each and every day with plenty of clients who are moving through all sorts of issues – relationship issues, money issues, career issues, parenting issues – you get the picture….  In fact every issue is ALWAYS without exception interconnected with all the other aspects of your life.  So if you are having a $ issue – it is surely going to have an impact on your family life – a relationship issue will very probably show up in your physical health and so forth.  The threads that weave together your life experience – the threads of family, fun, finances, faith and fitness are completely intertwined – so if something is showing up somewhere – we can always go deeper.

This particular wash I’ve been focusing on my own finances and on building my business so that not only will I be able to serve people at the highest level possible but that I will be able to have greater impact on more people while valuing and appropriately leveraging my time.  I’m blessed to have launched two workshops in the last week – the Energize to Monetize workshop for Passion-preneurs to help them shift the energy in their business & life to create greater financial flow and freedom and my Money Medicine workshop for people who have very specific issues around money in general that they are intending to clear up once and  for all.

Of course we often teach what we most need to learn and we always attract to us those beings who are resonating with something that is going on in our own field too.  So what have I discovered, uncovered and exposed to the light of my conscious awareness in the last week?  Would it surprise you if I shared that I have found issues around money, men, addictive patterns of behavior directly related to my experiences with my father as a young woman – AND – issues around value, trading time for money, worthiness, and love directly related to my experiences with my mother as a teen?   AND of course an interconnection with a few past lives thrown in for good measure into the mix.

Did you ever notice when you wash your jeans that sometimes the pockets turn inside out and all that ‘linty’ stuff is in there  – this bright shining light has certainly brought up alot of ‘linty’ stuff for me – stuff that was stuck deep down in the pockets of my physical body – as well as in the pockets of my energy body.  The work was so deep that it triggered a little bit of a “healing crisis” for me – I know I’ve gone to the depths when I end up feeling unwell and particularly when I’m clearing through my sinuses and upper respiratory tract.

To aid the body in clearing and to support the detoxification process I’ve been called to take EXTRA GOOD CARE of myself – lots of rest, plenty of fluids, more rest, healing honey and seasalt baths have been on the agenda since last Friday – along with a good cry to move things along even further.   The cleanse has been well worth it – I can now move into my next steps without carrying around the revulsion, resentment, rage, and sadness that was locked in those pockets in my being – and keeping me from moving forward to deliver my best self to my clients and to my mission and passion.

Sharing Sweet Success – The Honey Party Episode#25

I wanted to have a little celebration to honor the exceptional impact that the Spiritual Marketing Telesummit had for the attendees last week – so I filmed another episode of Sharing Sweet Success!

I want to send my love, gratitude and appreciation to Suzanne Falter-Barns for being courageous and oh so willing to step in to her becoming as a leader bringing a higher level of consciousness and spiritual insight more into the “mainstream”.

There has been such an enormous amount of positive feedback from the event – here’s just a few comments:

Remember when contemplating your sweet success that the people that you surround yourself with – those with whom you partner – those with whom you share a stage or platform – those who work really diligently behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly – they all count towards not only your personal success but more importantly to the success of the mission that you were born to serve.
As a Passion-preneur – being in alignment with my path of service and simultaneously aligning that path to my means of income and financial support has been a long and often challenging journey – each step has shown me my own fortitude, has revealed many hidden gifts and most importantly has blessed me with some magical and magnificent soul family members to play with for which I am Most Grateful – including YOU!

The Visionary Vibe Report – Exploring the Family Tree

Energies in the last week or so have broken loose!  A huge surge in the first week of June – followed by cleansing and integration.  Realize that with each surge, with each wave, with each “lovewash” of energy you have the opportunity to choose how you would like to manage, direct, utilize and benefit from it.  This particular surge – filled with a very high light quotient – has turned the spot light on family – soul family as well as family of origin.
As you may be aware – we each have a family of origin from which we receive our DNA and history – this manifests itself at both the physical as well as at the energetic levels.  Now is an excellent time to do some “rooting” through your past – down into your mother and father lines – to explore and discover how much of their “story” you are now playing out in your own life.  How our parents dealt with things like money, career choices, relationships, parenting, etc. – all those life choices – shaped and molded how we see and perceive the world.  Underneath their choices of course are the choices and decisions and experiences of the grandmothers and grandfathers, and of course going further back all the way through your lines of lineage on both sides.  These stories – the stories and experiences of our lineage both educate as well as entrap us in a belief system or patterns of behavior that are “the way it’s always been done in our family”.

At best these experiences, energies, stories and patterns are good guides to living in right relationship with the earth and all of our fellow relations – at worst – we live out again the nightmare stories of breast cancer or bankruptcy in midlife, or relationship failure over again – living out our ancestral stories rather than receiving the wisdom and leaving the drama out.

Energetically ancestral stuff can show up as what we call a “generational curse” in the shamanic medicine practice – the beauty of energy work is that we are able – through the power of creating sacred space and utilizing our gifts of clear seeing and knowing – to discern when someone is experiencing issues in their life that are beyond their own life choices – issues that are genetically encoded through the DNA or energetically embedded in the light body in the form of “short circuits” in the wiring that are not in alignment with the Divine Blueprint.  Using tools and techniques that activate the inner healer – these “curses” can be lifted and the client freed to create the reality of their own dreams rather than living out someone elses story.  The energies right now are very supportive for the clearing of the ancestral stories – this is very fine work – getting down into the “nitty gritty” of the past, exploring down into the roots of the family tree and unearthing, bringing up to the light anything that would create a holding back, blocking, or draining of life force energy.

Simultaneous to this work – and usually a happy additional benefit – is the emergence of your soul group or soul family – this is now happening at a rapidly accelerating pace – the cleansing out of lots of energetic debris and the healing that we have been manifesting for ourselves over the last few years has opened the way for our soul brothers and sistars to “find” us and for us to “find” them again.  Many are collecting and collaborating now with each other to birth more light onto the planet.  For those who have felt that aching loneliness, that belief that you were “born into the wrong family”, that feeling of being different, odd or perhaps not even welcome in your family of origin, of waiting with a deep knowing that somewhere out there “your people” were waiting – the time is here now for re-unions of all sorts to take place.  You may even be feeling some “pressure” or heightened anticipation that this reunion is getting closer and closer.

There are also going to be opportunities to make an alternative choice showing up all over the place.  What this means is that you have done quite a bit of clearing, healing, releasing and shifting of old patterns – you have opened the way for new more positive energy to emerge in your life – and you are still going to be offered an opportunity to make a choice – beware and hone your discernment skills – look with the eyes of the heart and make sure before you jump in that what you see is what you get.  It will be fairly obvious to you fairly quickly if someone has arrived to test the depth of your healing and if you find that you have stepped backwards a bit and re-engaged in old patterns – it’s ok – just say no as soon as you realize what’s happening, dust yourself off, bring in some more light and move forward on your path of true destiny.

Let’s Talk About Money!

Wow – Suddenly I just “GOT IT!” This whole Swine Flu thing – isn’t it interesting that as the money/recession/economic “crisis” is all over the news – the next big thing that hits the airwaves is the SWINE FLU – and exactly what do we teach our children to put money in when they are little???? Think there might be a connection there??

Since everything is energy and all connected – how we choose to energize something will also show up in our physical reality. The place where we have the highest level of impact when we desire to shift something that we are having challenges around is in the energetic field or luminous body. This luminous body is the “energetic blueprint” upon which our mental, emotional and physical bodies are laid down. Like nesting dolls they are deeply interwoven and interconnected – at the physical we are 99% matter and 1% consciousness – very dense and the most challenging level to see results manifesting (how long does it take to lose that 10 pounds through diet and exercise alone??) – at the Spiritual or Energetic level we are 99% consciousness and 1% matter – this is the realm where we are able to see miraculous results in a very short – instantaneous really – period of time. So to really effect the most profound change in your life – do you want to start at the bottom (the physical) and push the boulder up the hill – or would you rather start at the top (the energetic or Spiritual) and allow gravity and momentum to roll that boulder right on down through all the levels quickly and easily?

The Visionary Vibe Report – Roto Rooter Retrogrades

I’m not an astrologer and I’m sure there are plenty who can shed some illumination on the last six months – I am however a clear channel and energetic receiver of information and experience and I can tell you one thing – the last six months has truly been a major time of re-alignment, re-adjustment, re-consideration, re-leasing and more- from what I understand – Saturn has been retrograde since December about to go direct shortly – in March/April Venus was retrograde and just after she went direct Mercury took its turn going into retrograde. Within the next week or so – all the energy that has been held back awaiting our cleansing and fuller alignment with our divine destiny will be unleashed and those of us who have been in a holding pattern for quite some time will finally start to see some really rapid forward movement in our work, mission and relationships.

These last six months have truly been a roto-rooter period – we have been thoroughly cleansed at every level – our DNA has been restructured and for many of the clients I have been working with whole segments of their luminous fields have been removed and replaced with entirely new energetic blueprints of a much higher frequency enabling them to channel ever more intense energetic transmissions.  Even those people who you wouldn’t normally imagine are “spiritually turned on” have been popping up all over and are eager to seek assistance with navigating the energies and the shifts that they are suddenly awakened to in their own life and in the larger world.

A common refrain amongst light workers is some frustration and some weariness over the wait to serve – including multiple stories of people who have invested time, energy and money into following their spiritual path who are finding that they are not presently receiving a steady flow of incoming resources – for many the feeling is of being precariously perched between the dying world and the new world abirthing – for some that are newly awakening they are experiencing their opening in a clearly dying paradigm and so the shift is much more dramatic and painful for them – for others they are waiting in the new paradigm – perfectly poised and ready to serve as midwives and beacons for the masses who are coming forth to be served and in the waiting are wondering “how long?” – the practice here of course is patience.

All of course is in perfect and divine order and we are all exactly where we are supposed to be exactly on time, with exactly the right counterparts and colleagues coming forth to co-create with us.  Relationally we are now prepared and groomed to enter into Divine Union – either within – a sacred inner marriage with the twin flame counterpart energy or without – in a physical relationship that mirrors that inner marriage.  The new relationship paradigm will also be very different from the old forms that are crumbling everywhere – these new relationships will be completely free of all restriction, all expectation and with the fullness of deep and unconditional love balanced with perfect self-responsibility and conscious action in alignment with heart centered divine vision.  They will be balanced, fun, easy, free, enjoyable and fruitful in many ways – the opportunity is to create the world of your dreams – the work of your dreams, the lifestyle of your dreams, the relationship of your dreams, the family harmony of your dreams.  Whatever you are dreaming you are dreaming not only for yourself but for your childrens childrens children – even if you don’t have actual children of your own – realize that you are creating the world that you will inherit.  What are you dreaming?  (For energetic assistance in aligning more fully to these energies – might I suggest listening to my CD – Divine Union - available in CD format or as a download!)
